Originating from the Tupungato Valley, one of the coldest areas of the Mendoza where vineyards are grown along the Andes Mountains, grapes benefited from the cool mountain air that helped produce crisp, clean flavors. From its aging in French oak, the wine grasps vanilla and cedar wood nuances, as revealed in its aromas. It also helped balance the fruit's acidity and rounding of the flavors.
