Code: HLEC06 | Plucked from the vineyard of Goldberg near the Reisenberg village in Burgenland, (located just southeast of Vienna) Chardonnay grapes were maintained using organic practices, such as natural fertilizers, herbal groundcover plantings and environmentally-safe pest management with copper and lime spreading. It's a truly unique method undertaken by the winemaker Toni Hartl because of his belief that "everything is on loan," from the earth, and we must live in harmony with it. Crafted in a southern Burgundy style with crisp lemony characteristics, this Chardonnay is ready for immediate enjoyment. Fish, seafood, sushi and chicken - are all delicious food pairings to this medium-bodied, crisp white wine. Enjoy it best with an oyster spinach bisque or smoked salmon filet. | ||
